As we reflect on Dr. King’s dream. Take a moment to consider how each one can keep the dream alive. We must not look back. We must not loose hope. We have come a long way, but we still have to keep pushing for change.

She presented at the BMCC/CUNY Writers Conference, is a recipient of the Audray Lorde Collective Award, and a winner of the Jacob A. Weiser playwritting award for her work, The Conversation. She was a freelance writer for Streetnews for several years. And she appeared in the gospel play, Oh Lord; Why Did I get Married? She is a member of the BMCC Downtown Chorus.
